Mighty Mule MM272 Dual gate opener kit like new condition. After installation , found gate arms were too short for proper operation, had to remove complete kit and re order a larger Mighty Mule Opener. All parts are included like the manufacturer shipped.

This gate opener is designed to to handle two 12ft. gates at a maximum weight of 300 lbs. each. It is a 12V DC Battery system and can be powered a solar panel or the included 120 AC to 12V DC transformer.
