Legal & Business Documentation Specialist (Spanish/English) 

 

Job Type Full-time and Part-Time Opportunities, Remote & Hybrid available 

 
 

Salary US$75,000+ for the right candidate 

 
 

We are looking for a Spanish/English speaker with a legal background to join our team as a Legal and Business Documentation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a variety of legal and business documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, in both Spanish and English. 

 
 

Responsibilities 

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal and business documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, in both Spanish and English. 

  • Ensuring that all documentation complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. 

  • Coordinating with other departments within the company to gather the necessary information and input for legal and business documentation. 

  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the drafting of legal documentation. 

  • Maintaining and updating the company's legal database and document management system. 

  • Providing support and advice to internal teams on legal and business documentation matters. 

 
 

Requirements 

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). 

  • A legal background, with a degree in law or related field. 

  • Prior experience in drafting legal and business documentation. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Strong research and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
