Last night, Monday February 21, 2022 I found a backpack in Downtown Atlanta in the hotel district on the sidewalk. It was slightly raining and we waited for a few minutes thinking someone would come back to get it but downtown was pretty deserted so I took it home with me.

The name Frenchsella D. Hall is on the inside but I am having no luck locating this person.
