Position: Food Service Manager,
Associate Degree or above on the chef and cook field, plus 2 years’ min experience in South American cuisine. 7 day availability. 40-60 hrs. Per week. Coordinate the principles and procedures for personnel, recruitment and training of personnel in the preparation of Caribbean and South American food menu. Monitor food preparation, methods, portion size and presentation of the Caribbean and South American cuisine. Keep records of Sanitation by government agencies, investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and services to meet the customer satisfactory standards. Job location: Austin, TX, 78703.
