The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a university comprehensive compensation structure.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 60 months of classification and compensation experience
Preferences: Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Salary: Up to $75,000 annually based on experience
