Agile Project Coordinator - Eastern Standard Time Zone, OH - JOB 21-00657
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Contract Position
Length of Assignment: Contract should run through the end of 2024.
Location: Work Remote in Ohio (only), EST (eastern standard time zone) - Remote 9:00am – 4:00pm EST
Must have or be willing to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance.
Candidates selected will be provided with a government issued laptop.

Agile Project Coordinator(s) to support the Program and Technical initiatives using Agile best practices. This includes updating and maintaining tasks in all project tools, scheduling meetings, gathering and consolidating information from various teams. Having a keen knowledge of working in Agile, the Coordinator helps to ensure all aspects of the initiative runs smoothly and will work to continuously improve processes and communications in support of a successful transformation.
Agile Project Coordinator is a detail oriented and organized individual with basic Agile knowledge and demonstrated experience working in an agile environment. Our Project Coordinators have strong client facing and teamwork skills and has thrived in a dynamic work culture.
Core Responsibility

  • Provides coordination and administrative support of agile transformation activities and related tasks at each level of the organization.
  • Support special projects through conducting research, producing training materials, assist with documenting and reporting (internal/external) as needed.
  • Support PPMO initiatives in planning, prioritizing, and completing a diverse workload including vendor management, compliance, and communications.
  • Support Agile Coaches initiatives as transformation change agents and trainers through administrative support and coordination as appropriate.
  • Support the effective use of agile tools to include Jira and Confluence and ensure consistency and quality of content.

  • Support transformation, meetings, team ceremonies throughout the organization.
  • Special projects. All agile ceremonies and project initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

Deliverable Metric

  • Ceremonies, tasks, activities, meetings and events are maintained at a sustainable cadence.
  • Coordinated special projects, minimal dependencies or burden on budgets, schedules, and scope delivery.
  • Documented schedules and backlog of 2-3 sprints of well-formed estimated stories in priority order.
  • Documented attendee lists, scorecards documented, feedback noted, reports radiated and documented.
  • Tools are used without confusion, disruption of lack of clarity.

Deliverable Cadence

  • Daily / As required and assigned / Every sprint


  • Coordinates project team and tasks related to project deliverables.
  • Ensures the preparation of required project documentation and executes testing and implementation activities.
  • May coordinate vendor contracts and outside resources.
  • Reviews project plans and proposals. Works with management to develop project objectives; identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculates timeframes and sequences the action steps and stages of the project.
  • Reviews, evaluates and monitors cost schedule and technical scope baselines.
  • Assists in organizing and facilitating team events such as trainings, planning sessions, etc.
  • Assist coaches with generating and collecting feedback via surveys. Consolidate, analyze, and publish survey responses.
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders and key project members and be able to effectively communicate the needs of the project.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Scheduled meetings will be handled through Teams or Zoom.
