Our client, an established manufacturing company, located near Nashua, NH is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager.
Responsible for oversight, planning and coordination of all supply chain activities, including managing cross-functional teams of direct and dotted line reports (e.g., warehousing, logistics, procurement, customer service, engineering), projects and overall site leadership. Lead and support development and implementation of polices, best practices for budget, labor and material, engineering effectiveness, customer service, accuracy of sales quotes and staffing utilization.
Must have Supply Chain Management experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams. Must have strong communication, presentation, team-building, analytical, budgeting and MS Office skills. Must be able to travel as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management or other relevant field and a minimum of seven years of related experience in a leadership role is required.
