SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for our client in Goleta, CA. This person will manage complex projects and processes with general oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the efficient movement of material from purchasing, warehouse, and production.
• Develop and schedule raw material requirements from engineering specifications and production.
• Develop accurate BOM’s using a technical baseline and communicate any control changes during proposal process.
• Utilize MRP systems to negotiate lead times with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems required.
• Will be required to obtain an active secret level government issued security clearance within the first year of employment.
• Must be able to travel up to 40%.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred.
• Previous experience supporting government contractors/DOD/Aerospace companies preferred.
