Wage: $ 93 per hour / Permanent, Full time
Work Hours: 30 hours / week

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our daily operations in the dynamic and fast-paced logistics and supply chain industry. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in managing complex logistics operations.
About the role:
-Develop and execute the business strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans, establish company both short- and long-term goals and objectives
-Lead and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, logistics, and distribution, manage overall freight operations, to ensure smooth and efficient shipment fulfillment.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure effective support
-Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiencies across logistics network
-Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, such as process automation, supply chain visibility, and sustainability initiatives
-Manage the whole team and responsible for hiring and training supervisors in the company
-Develop the market in North America, and establish and develop client relationship
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration will be a plus
-At least 2 years of working experience
-Good leadership skills and problem solving skills
