2018470 Alberta Corp DBA Grand Construction is looking for an Office Manager NOC 13100

Job Duties and Responsibilities as Office Manager NOC 13100 but not limited:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  • Coordinate and prioritize administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.

  • Maintain office systems and procedures, such as document management, record-keeping, and filing systems.

  • Collaborate with project managers to provide administrative support, including project coordination, document control, and tracking project timelines.

  • Assist with financial management tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and coordinating with the accounting department.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations.

  • Support human resources functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating employee communications.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among staff members.

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, managing relationships and coordinating procurement activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Job Requirements:

         

Language:        English

Education:        College Diploma

Experience:      1 year to 2 years

Wages:             $30.00 to $31.00 per hour / full-time position
