We need a reliable couple with basic cleaning and maintenance skills, and Basic English communication skills to help oversee our small rental property in Des Moines, Iowa.

Two bedrooms accommodation provided.

Living and working on-site.
- Cleaning and servicing motel rooms.
- Light customer service.
- Small maintenance work like fixing things, light plumbing, etc.
- Occasionally answering phone calls or attending to customers (helping with room check-in and check-out).
- Promptly responding to urgencies or emergencies.
- Basic property upkeep like lawn mowing, snow plowing, trash and debris removal. This is a pretty small property. For example, lawn mowing can be finished in 20 to 40 minutes.
