We are looking for a General Manager NOC 00012 to work for our company. 

The following are the Duties and Responsibilities of a General Manager but not limited: 

1. Develop and implement business plans and new strategies to optimize productivity.

2. Assist in budget preparation and managing expenses.

3. Monitor Marketing activities and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing program, suggest improvements, and approve promotional campaigns.

4. Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates and issues.

5. Provide direction to other employees and assign them duties.

6. Provide guidance to the business division on Import policies and benefits

7. Manage administrative, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.

8. Hire and provide training, evaluate the performance, and promote and terminate the employee.

9. Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.

10.  Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.

11. Answering all inquiries promptly and professionally also ensures customer satisfaction.

12.  Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization’s sales activities.

13.  Establish a positive and constructive business relationship with the customer to achieve company strategies.
