Description

The "Practice Manager" will make most of the day-to-day veterinary practice management decisions. These decisions include but are not limited to financial, budgeting, drug and supplies inventory, marketing, planning, and facility-management decisions. The Practice Manager provides many things including leadership, staff management, and operational oversight which will benefit the practice’s staff and clients. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Accounting , budgeting, and preparation of financial reports
  • Assisting clients with all needs, in a professional and friendly manner
  • Fill open staff positions, and provide supervision and job training of staff to ensure effective execution of job duties
  • Management of hospital supply and drug inventory
  • Staff scheduling and HR responsibilities
  • Maintaining website and social media presence
  • Handle communications with staff, doctors, clients, vendors, and others in a professional manner

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Previous experience working as an office manager or practice manager
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 annually 

Required education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management 
  • ​CVPM Certification

Required experience:

  • Management and/or Accouting: 2+ Years
