Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the company's long-term strategic plan, identify growth opportunities and assess risks
  • Oversee and monitor daily operations of the company and ensure that goals and objectives are being met
  • Contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company as determined by the company's strategic goals
  • Manage and approve the company's budget, financial planning and financial reporting
  • Lead, supervise and evaluate the company's business development activities such as identifying new markets, developing new products or services and forming strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for selecting key managers, managing and supervising staff development, building a strong and positive company culture and ensure that the company is functioning effectively
  • Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership
  • Integrate the company's internal and external resources and products to collaborate and come as a whole business solution
  • Evaluate the company's profits and revenue, assess risks and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Act as the company's representative in various settings to contact, meet, communicate, and negotiate with key clients and partners

 

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in business administration, commerce or other related disciplines is required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a middle management role
  • Effective leadership skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Well-rounded and innovative with a solid, proven track record of accomplishments in corporation operations.
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
