Plan, support, or coordinate services being provided by clinic to patients. Responsible for correspondence, billing, and receipt of payments. Handle records and information of patients. Responsible for upkeep of employees' records and review of their performance. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained and has current liability insurance. Review internal processes and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations and delivery of services to patients. Ensure that all office and clinic supplies are ordered/received. Check appointment date/time of patients and make sure they will be seen as scheduled.
