Position Title:
Personal Assistant Purpose We are looking for a versatile and highly organized administrative assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for an executive.
Essential Duties: • Completes personal errands and tasks as necessary • Organize and schedule professional and personal appointments • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. • Assist with purchasing of items necessary for home and office. • Day-to-day coordination of logistics related to business, personal, and family affairs • Managing and completing tasks autonomously, as directed • Organize and facilitate travel (booking travel when needed, preparing detailed itineraries prior to travel, making restaurant reservations, etc.) • Coordinate, plan, and organize business and personal events • Assist with daily time management • Various administrative duties as needed
