Horizon Land Surveys Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist NOC 11200 to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities as Human resources specialist but not limited:

Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.

Develop job descriptions and job advertisements.

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Address employee concerns and conflicts.

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and workplace behavior.

Mediate disputes and ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance reviews and feedback.

Manage record-keeping and reporting requirements.

Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Promote a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.

Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare reports for management on HR-related metrics and key performance indicators.

Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to assess workplace satisfaction.

Maintain personnel files and HR records and ensured the confidentiality and security of HR-related information.

Assist in organizational planning and development efforts.

Collaborate on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.

Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: College Diploma
Experience: 1 year - 2 years
Wage: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour / Full time
