Horizon Land Surveys Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Officer NOC 12101 to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities as Human Resources Officer but not limited:

Posting job vacancies, and reviewing resumes and applications.

Conducting interviews and assessments of potential candidates and coordinating for hiring process.

Addressing employee concerns, questions, and grievances.

Promoting a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts.

Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries and claims.

Supporting performance appraisal processes.

Tracking employee performance and providing feedback to seniors.

Assisting with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Identifying training needs within the organization and Coordinating training programs and initiatives.

Encouraging continuous learning and career development for employees.

Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.

Preparing reports and HR-related documentation.

Keeping up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.

Ensuring the organization's HR practices align with legal requirements.

Managing payroll processes, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.

Handling payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

Assisting in the development and implementation of workplace safety programs.

Conducting safety training and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Generating HR-related reports and analyzing data to make informed decisions.

Using data to identify trends and improve HR processes.

Mediating conflicts and disputes among employees.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: College Diploma
Experience: 1 year - 2 years
Wage: $34.00 to $35.00 per hour / Full time
