SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Facilities Manager for a multi-site health organization in Sedro-Woolley, WA. This person will be responsible organizing and supervising the maintenance and repair of all buildings and utility systems. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a multi-site organization in a healthcare environment.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for each department and leased facilities ensuring they are operating within approved budget.
- Conduct caregiver performance evaluations with recommendations or concerns to the director.
- Oversee and negotiate cost of facility and utility contract services.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; or combination of experience and education.
- Healthcare Facilities Managers Certification within 2 years of employment required.
- 2 years of facility management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient experience with MS Office.
- Working knowledge of CMMS software such as Maximo, Oracle, etc.
