Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week

About Sea Clippers Ltd:

Sea Clippers Ltd. is a professional organization dedicated to consultation and management for Canadian immigrants and study abroad. The company is located in Richmond, BC, Canada, and is developed by a Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. We are now seeking an energetic and capable Administrative Secretary who can assist us in providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to our office.

 

Main Duties:

  • Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, such as ICEF, WEFC, or seminars with educational institutions
  • Manage travel requirements as assigned including airfare and accommodations
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Fill documents, enter data and maintain databases
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Provide support in all aspects of office management, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ordering equipment repair
  • Receive and screen telephone calls, and take and distribute messages
  • Greet visitors and help them find the right staff member or room for their appointment
  • Prepare and proofread invoices and collect receipts
  • Compose emails or other correspondence to clients, education institutes, agencies, or partners on behalf of the company
  • Perform administrative tasks such as printing and copying
  • Write down minutes and meeting summaries
  • Respond to general inquiries concerning the company’s services

 

Requirement:

  • At least completion of secondary school
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
