Brand new 2018 Forest River Cherokee 42ft destination trailer with 4 electronic slides, electric rain sensor awning, LED lighting inside and outside, master bedroom with plenty of storage, seperate bunk room with bunk bed and leather sofa bed and it's own closet, island kitchen with table and 4 chairs dinette set and living room with leather sofa sleeper and recliner and fireplace.  Large bathroom with large rectangle shower.  The large trex deck was built in sections, so if trailer is not purchased on site, the deck can easily be taken apart and moved with the trailer.  Nothing is permanently attached to the trailer itself.  Also includes the furntiure, shed, bbq and golf cart.  Site parking easily accomodates 4+ cars.  The trailer has only been used this season and last season.
