Position-Business Development Manager
1) Responsible for generating business from clients through services like staffing, payroll process outsourcing
2) Ability to manage and execute business consulting engagements particularly those related to supporting power sector
3) Good knowledge and understanding of the working of the staffing business in India.
4) Engage with key clients & building long term relationships to generate business
5) Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients.
6) Generating requirements from existing clients.
7) End to End client servicing and follow ups.
8) Understand client needs, deliver services to address customer requirements, seek feedback from clients on services provided, constantly monitor and review quality benchmarks / norms to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
9) Working closely with the team members and different departments to improve client services and operational goals are met.

2) Experience of staffing industry is must.
