Requirements

• Completion of university degree or college diploma
• Minimum 2 years of an experience as a marketing professional
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong social media platform knowledge and skills
• Passionate about work, creative, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to endure hardships/pressure

 Responsibilities

• Evaluate marketing needs of our real estate company and prepare marketing materials
• Provide guidance on marketing or sales promotion strategies
• Maintain social media presence of our real estate company by creating social media posts, stories, and reels for all company channels
• Develop and execute appropriate advertising campaigns for print or media
• Responsible for companies Copywrite, creation, and preparation of marketing and advertisement contents

• Create and coordinate information sessions for our current and potential clients
• Plan and co-ordinate marketing events such as exhibitions, business conferences and other events
• Research and evaluate competitors in terms of market share, service offering, strategies, and advertising

• Conduct basic research and analysis to ensure the alignment of Sonny Bhinder Personal Real Estate Corporation marketing goals and objectives
• Collect and analyze customers’ feedback
