Posts payments and denials to practice management system within the given time limit.
Independently evaluate explanation of payments and understand the terminologies.
Understand and follow insurance requirements for proper payment posting guidelines.
Records posted totals with complete information on a spreadsheet.
Properly record the denials with detailed information on the spreadsheet.
Assist with special projects as requested/needed.
Follow organization Billing Policies and Procedures.
Maintain knowledge and follow HIPAA regulations.
Maintain/exceed team productivity standards on a weekly basis.
Follow month and year end expectations and guidelines.
Attend and participate in meetings, as necessary.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
