Responsibilities

Need to understand the principles of hospital billing and UB-92 claims.

Examines unpaid claims and starts the collection process in accordance with the ageing report in order to get the claim paid back.

Establish a positive rapport with the agent from the insurance company.

Records any allegations that have been examined and investigated in the client's software and takes the necessary action in response to them.

When necessary, follows up on denials and files appeals.

Keeps abreast of billing and reimbursement procedures and updates job knowledge.

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary: From 18K per month

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
