To be accountable and responsible for the effective operation of the project for the provision of a supported living service to young Adult 16+ with special needs and learning difficulties.
To set objectives for the performance of the service; to monitor, maintain and improve service delivery
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, promoting and reinforcing Happy Home strategic goals and objectives, encouraging staff to input into the development and maintenance of operational service delivery
Analyse and report on projects to Operations director, seeking ways to improve service delivery performance.
Assist Operations director in developing and implementing new approach to service delivery
It's essential that you will have experience managing people with Special needs and learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with people with learning difficulties (2 years at managerial level)
Proven track record in supporting people from placement breakdowns and transitions
Strong experience of managing and leading a large team in delivering results, sound knowledge of supporting people with behaviours that challenge.
