Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for providing top-notch care in critical settings? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client in Montclair, CA, is seeking a skilled RN-ICU to join their
Intensive Care Unit team for a 12-month term.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of ICU experience
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Responsibilities:
As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective patient care
by employing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your duties will involve direct patient care, patient/family education, and guiding other nursing personnel to uphold the highest standards of ICU care.
Effective communication with physicians regarding patient condition changes,
diagnostic findings, and treatment responses will be crucial to your success in this role. Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality is a top priority, and your ability to respond swiftly and accurately to changing conditions is highly valued.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience as an ICU RN
• Familiarity with RN CRCU/ICU roles
• Prior experience as a Traveler ICU RN is a plus Department: MED/SUR ICU
Shift: Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
