Responsibilities:

The biller exhibits general billing knowledge and upholds departmental standards for insurance claims processing, charge entry, and billing functions. 

Supports the revenue cycle departments with administrative tasks as needed, including payment posting, coding, and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up.

Helps with knowledge sharing, payor and department training, and offers support to other team members as directed by the manager or supervisor.
