Will provide a wide range of assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with ambulation or transferring, toileting, feeding and providing medication reminders. In addition, will help with shopping, meal preparation, making medical appointments, transportation, laundry and provided companionship to patient. Will ensure patient receives the care and treatment needed for illness or disability from health care providers. Will assist patient in responding to telephone calls, email or mail. Provide routine individualized healthcare such as changing bandages and dressing wounds, and applying topical medications to the elderly, convalescents or persons with disabilities at the patient's home or in a care facility.
