We seek a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts. The Caregiver will provide in-home support to elderly and disabled clients, helping them with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a caring and patient personality and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks
• Assist with medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
• Report any changes in client's condition to the agency supervisor
• Follow care plans and document care provided
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel within a 10-mile radius of Lexington
• Must be able to work flexible schedule
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be familiar with the regulations of the Massachusetts state
