Registered Nurse (RN) 

Nursing Responsibilities include: 

• Implements a resident plan of care.
• Performs direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegates suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
• Consults with and validates data
• Records pertinent information in the patient record
• Identifies and evaluates the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicates residents care needs to others involved in the care
• Assumes responsibility for professional growth and development

Requirements of RN/LPN's:

• Nursing License required
