I'm Interested in a single unattached female as live-in help since I'm mobility challenged (bad knees and such), and be companion, driver etc. in exchange for room and board. I'm single hispanic male in my 50's. Apartment is 2 bedroom. Empty bedroom furnished with desk, mirror, closet, bed, wifi etc. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Initially email, but I would prefer to video call and see if its good fit. Building is no smoking, no drugs, clean police/background record. Their rules not mine.
