The motivation behind these articles was to answer one of the grumblings I hear regularly: “There are no famous opera singers today!” This couldn’t possibly be more off-base. The issue is that numerous drama houses and the board organizations don’t work superbly of making both youthful and prepared artists notable to general society. Regularly, opera titles and dramatic qualities are advanced over everything else, and I have seen a few organizations declare repertory without saying who will sing.
