Rob & Sherry talk building, Idaho Pasture Pig A-Frame Design Shelter 2.0. We started building a new 6-foot design A-Frame shelter addition to our pig herd. This shelter cost about $200.00 to build. Took us about 3 hours.

We have added on a new A-Frame shelter addition that is 6 feet long and 8 feet high at the peak—the perfect height for pigs! It was constructed using sturdy pine and treated with water-repellent sealant before being finished with a natural paint that adds warmth and charm to the space. When we were done, it looked like an overgrown tree house!
