Here's a vintage 1937 Martin Pre-War D-18 acoustic guitar. It's in decent condition for being over 80 years old and has the type of playwear you'd expect to see on a guitar from this era.
It has repaired cracks on the top, sides and back, but the finish and pickguard is original and the unaltered.
Looking inside, it's pretty clean and the bridge plate is original. The bridge had been anchored down, but the holes were filled. There's also some small holes on the top that were filled and some others on the end that were not. Some loose braces were reglued as well.
The action is set at just inside 4/32" at the 12th and the neck is a soft V profile - about 1.75" at the nut. It has a new nut and saddle - tuners look original.
The serial number is 68019 and she dates to 1937.
