Accounting: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Company Payroll, Weekly and Monthly Reports
Administration: Filing, Copying, Etc.
Other tasks as directed
Working closely with Operations department and Owner(s)
Overseeing Administrative Assistant.
Possessed skills should include:
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Programs or Google Documents
Accounting experience related to construction
This is a full-time position and general hours between 8am-5pm, but a flexible schedule is possible.
Hourly compensation as an employee based on skills and experience. Paid time-off and paid vacation days after initial trial dates.
