Our client, a technology consulting company, located near Acton, MA is seeking a Part-time Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and maintain an organized and professional office.
Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, documentation, proposals and legal agreements (using templates). Maintaining contact information in Outlook. Interacting with clients and vendors by phone and email. General office duties such as faxing, copying, filing, etc.
Must be detail-oriented with strong communication (verbal and written), follow-up, organizational, multi-tasking and MS Office and general technology skills. Familiarity with maintaining both paper files and electronic files is preferred.
Hours are typically 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, with some flexibility. Competitive hourly rate, accrued PTO and company-contributed 401K plan.
