The variety of services we provide means that you only have to come to us, and you will never have to worry about finding someone else.

Essential Duties:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Assist customers with inquiries or scheduling appointments for automotive services.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments for vehicle maintenance, repair, or inspections.
  • Accurately record and maintain data related to customer information, vehicle details, and service records.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers for automotive services rendered.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of automotive parts and supplies.
  • Track stock levels, reorder parts, and keep the inventory organized.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and automotive technicians, relaying messages and ensuring that customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicles.
  • Keep important documents, such as repair manuals, customer contracts, and service records, well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order necessary parts and supplies, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and record expenses related to the operation, including office supplies, maintenance, and other overhead costs.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting in general office tasks.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Perform other administrative management duties as required by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum high school
  • less than one year of experience.
  • Language: English

 

The Benefits:

Hourly rate: $29-30/hr

Normal working hours: 35-40 hours per week

Job type: Full time

Job Location: 4205 17 AVE. SE, Calgary, Alberta, T2A 4L8

Start date: As soon as possible
