Management Business Solutions is actively seeking an Office Administrator for our client in Bar Harbor, ME. This person will be reporting to and supporting administrative activities for the Vice President. The ideal candidate will have professional office experience and the ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
•Gathers, organizes, stores and supplies information, maintains files, schedules appointments and arranges meetings, and documents.
•Maintains calendars, schedules meetings, and creates presentations.
•Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
•Helps facilitate and coordinate special events and meetings that can include internal and external participants.
•Maintain detailed filing systems, purchasing supplies, and databases.
•Make travel arrangements and reconciles expenses, including reconciliations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline and 3 years of professional office experience, or Associates degree in related discipline and 5 years of professional office experience required.
•Ability to interpret data and make recommendations that support strategic goals required.
•Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage details accurately preferred.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate administrative needs preferred.
•Experience using multiple technical applications such as word processing, database management, spreadsheets, etc.
