Position: Administrative Assistant

Business Address: Same as above.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time shift.
Wage: $21.50 per hour.
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week.
Benefit: 4% gross salary.
-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
-Compile data, statistics and other information.
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
-Answer electronic enquiries.
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
-Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
-Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mails and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
-Education: Secondary school is required.
Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous working experience in the office is required.
