Specific Skills :-
To be an affective channel between the management and the staff.
To carry out various administrative activities of establishment as per the company guidelines;
To oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures as outlined by the management;
To review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures;
To establish effective work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
To co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
To assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
To assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Business Equipment and Computer Applications - MS Excel; MS Word; MS Outlook
Work Setting - Private sector / Private Clinic
Personal Suitability - Effective interpersonal skills; Organized
