Financial Brokerage Firm seeking Administrative Assistant to join our team asap. The company facilitates capital to small to large-sized businesses, nation-wide. Responsibilities include assisting customers with application, approval and funding process. The candidate will also facilitate the sales process, support the sales team, connect with funding partners, sales reps, and clients.
● Communicate with company’s associates and lenders
● Placing specific deals with the appropriate lender
● Deal tracking and organizing
● Maintain and organize client and company info
● Organized and detail oriented
● Ability to multitask and prioritize
● Strong communication skills
● Strong drive and an ability to learn
● Basic understanding of small businesses, and various types of private business financing
● Computer savvy; comfortable with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF etc.
● Prior experience in a financing and administrative work
● Honesty, hard work, transparency, motivation
A full-time position. Starting Salary $30-35K with growth potential. LOCATION: Cedarhurst, NY. Close to LIRR and on main street.
