End to End Admin activities
Transport Management, Book Keeping
Vendor Management - Discuss the budget and expectations with management and staff, Negotiate contracts with vendors
Facility Management - Schedule staff and set up/clean up crews for the day of the event, Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes. Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
General Accounting - Process all invoices to make sure vendors are paid promptly.
