We are a brokerage which specializes in insuring the trucking industry.
You will be responsible for providing professional service on all aspects of existing accounts, assist in gathering new business and renewal information, marketing of application and securing additional information. Position includes heavy phones, issuing certificates of insurance, handling claims, and general clerical work.
Answer heavy incoming calls from customers, producers, underwriters, claims, lenders, etc.
Process customer policy requests and payments in a timely manner
Orders, prepares and / or updates reports (i.e., motor vehicle reports, loss reports, financial reports, loss run requests, etc.) and / or legal notices (i.e., Notice of Cancellation, non-renewal notice, motor vehicle / motor carrier filings, etc.).
Active CA Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines Broker-Agent License
Must be bilingual, and speak fluent Spanish
Previous experience in insurance broker office minimum 1 year
