Description

We are seeking a part-time highly organized and responsible office assistant to join our small personal team. In this position, you will be making phone calls, organizing files (paper and e-files), and managing existing documents. Working days are flexible and will only require 8-10 hours a week.

Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Making phone calls
Performing clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
Preparing information and research

Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in Real Estate and/or construction (preferred)
Proficient computer skills, including Dropbox, Microsoft Word, and Excel
