SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator for our client in Billerica, MA. This person will be the main point person for office operations and support. The person must demonstrate strong customer service and high attention to detail.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, data entry, and general errands.
- Support HR with payroll processing and new hire orientation.
- Assist in arranging contact and purchases with vendors.
- Maintain reports and track EHS activities.
- Organize inventory and office supply needs.
- Provide assistance with service contracts and blanket PO’s.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2+ years of office experience required.
- Exceptional organizational skills (such as space management, mail procedures and inventory methods) required.
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite required.
- Administrative support experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
