Our client, a small technology consulting company, located near Boxborough, MA is seeking a Part-time Office Manger to provide support and maintain an organized and professional office.
Responsibilities include supporting the CEO and a staff accountant; preparing technical reports, documentation, proposals and legal agreements (using templates). Maintaining contact information in Outlook. Interacting with clients and vendors worldwide, by phone and email. General office duties such as faxing, copying, filing, restocking snacks and drinks, etc.
Must be professional with outstanding experience using various office technologies and software packages and the ability to learn new software and technology as needed. Must be detail-oriented with strong communication, follow-up, organizational, multi-tasking, MS Office and general office technology skills. Familiarity with maintaining both paper files and electronic files is preferred. Experience working with contracts is a plus.
Hours total 20 per week and are approximately 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, with some flexibility. This is a permanent part-time opportunity. This will not become a full-time role.
