• Previous hotel experience or customer service experience preferred
• Computer Skills -- Experience in using Email as a mode of communication, Microsoft Office, and can search the internet to answer guests' questions or print a map of directions
• Mathematical Skills: Must be able to calculate amounts and apply basic addition, subtraction and multiplication.
• Attentiveness in recording entries, applying basic reasoning skill to balance accounts and ensure the folio is complete before check-out.
• Open availability as required - weekends, holidays, AM and PM's.
