Position: Administrative Assistant
Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent
Wage: $21.75 – 25.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
- Organize and co-ordinate events, seminars and meetings, manage distribution of information and keep track of records
- Ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2~3 years of clerical experience is required.
