Experienced Secretary who is proficient in MS Word and do mail merges and Excel. Answer phones, talk to tenants, and contractors. Prepare and manage correspondence and documents. Strong communication skills with 3+ years of recent experience as a Secretary or Admin Assist with a solid work history. Hours are Monday–Friday 9-5, leave early Fridays in Winter. The position is located in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, NY it is for a Real Estate firm. RE Experience is helpful not required. The salary is about 40K DOE.
